Aanandyatri Agro Producer Company Limited is located over in Barshi. Our place is C/O Nagesh Haribhau Akkalkote at Gatno 2469Khupre Bol. Most people just call it the Akkalkote spot. We are an agro producer company, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about the crops and the land. It’s not a fancy setup at all. We have a small office where we keep our papers and talk to the local farmers who come by. Barshi can get very hot, so we usually start our work early in the morning before the sun gets too high. 413401 is our pin code for mail. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to make things work for the farmers in this part of the Solapur district. The office is usually a bit messy with agricultural reports and notebooks. We sit around the wooden table and discuss what needs to be done for the season. Some days are slow and we just watch the traffic go by on the road. Other days are very busy and we don't even have time for a proper lunch. We just do our job and try to be honest about it. Aanandyatri is just a name on the board, but for us, it’s our daily life. We hope the rains are good this year. That is all we really talk about most of the time. We keep our files in old cabinets and hope the seasons treat us well.
