Bhivpur Agritech Producer Company Limited is located at Balaji Ananda Jadhav’s place, survey number 75 in Bhivpur. This is a small village operation where we all know each other. We started this because we wanted to bring some better methods to our local farms. We aren't a big tech firm from the city. We are local people who learned a few things and want to apply them here. The office is just a simple room with a couple of chairs and a lot of old registers. We spend most of our time out in the fields seeing what works and what doesn't. Sometimes things don't go as planned, and we just have to try again. That’s just part of working with nature. We don't have a marketing budget or any fancy brochures. People just come by when they need help or want to talk about the next season. It’s a very hands-on business. We deal with the dirt and the rain every single day. We are just trying to make the farming life a little more stable for the people in our community. It’s not always easy, and the hours are long, but it’s what we do. We focus on the basics and try to keep everything moving forward even when the weather isn't helping us. We are usually here until the sun goes down.
