Lokhandemandna Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is situated at Sunil Sandu Lokhande’s place at Gut No. 135 in Madna. We are part of the Sillod tehsil. It is a quiet area mostly full of farms as far as you can see. We started this company because we wanted to do things our own way for once. We handle agro products and try to help the farmers around Madna. It’s a practical business for practical people. There aren't any big bosses here. We all know each other and work side by side. Sunil keeps things organized at the site so we don't lose track. We spend a lot of time outdoors or in the shed. The paperwork is the hardest part for us, but we get through it. We don't have a fancy logo or a big sign. Most people just know where we are located. We don’t try to sell ourselves with big promises we can't keep. We just show up and do what needs to be done for the season. Whether it is fertilizer or seeds or selling the harvest, we stay involved. It's a lot of responsibility but we are used to it. The weather in Sillod can be tough sometimes, but we’ve lived here our whole lives. We understand how the climate goes. We just keep our heads down and keep working for the common good of the group.
