Krushisanjeevani Mahila Agro Producer Company Limited

Krushisanjeevani Mahila Agro Producer Company Limited is based at house number 1880 in Kola. Kola is a small place near Sangola and Pandharpur. This company is mostly about the women in our community working together on agricultural projects. We use house 1880 as our base. It is a busy house because there is always someone coming in to discuss the latest harvest or some new idea for the fields. Being in the Sangola region, we deal with the local climate which can be quite dry sometimes. We focus on what grows well here. The name is long, but we are just a group of local women trying to manage our own produce. We don't have a big corporate office. We sit on mats or simple chairs and go through our plans. Usually, there is tea being made and a lot of talk about the family and the farm at the same time. Pandharpur is not too far, so we see a lot of people passing through. Our work involves a lot of sorting, packing, and making sure everything looks okay. It is tiring but it feels good to be doing something for ourselves. We are not into big advertisements. People in Kola know where we are and what we do. It’s just honest work rooted in the soil of our village and the efforts of our members. We have been at it for a while and hope to keep going this way for the next seasons.
