We are located in Solapur, over at house number 964 G H No.2. It’s a pretty straightforward spot in the 413004 zip code area. Working in Solapur has its own rhythm. It’s not as fast as Mumbai or Pune, but we keep ourselves very busy. Our office is more of a practical base for us. We don't have anything that would be called high-end furniture or modern art on the walls. It’s just a place with good lighting and enough power outlets for all our machines. Most of us grew up around here, so we know the area well. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and build something local. The building we are in is quite old and has a lot of character, though it can get pretty warm in the summer months. We usually have the fans going full blast and keep some cold water in the fridge. We aren't big on meetings that last for hours; we’d rather just talk across the room and get things sorted quickly. It’s a small operation, but we take pride in being steady. When you walk in, you’ll see a few of us focused on our screens, maybe someone on the phone. We don't dress up in suits or anything like that. It’s just a casual, hardworking environment where we try to get through our tasks every day in Solapur.
