It’s a bit more open out here. We focus on technologies and design solutions, so we spend a lot of our time looking at screens and trying to make things look and work better. The team at Ampinity Technologies is small. We all know each other well and we don't bother with a lot of formal rules or dress codes. If the work gets done, that is what matters. The address might seem a little out of the way to some, but it’s where we set up shop and it works for us. We have enough space for our equipment and a place to sit and brainstorm when we have a new design project. Latur has its own rhythm, and we’ve settled into it nicely. Some days we are really busy with technical builds, and other days we are just sketching out ideas. We don't have a glossy brochure or a sales team. Usually, people find us through word of mouth or by just knowing we are the ones out in Khopegaon doing this kind of work. It’s a straightforward life here. We like the design part of the job the most, probably. It lets us be a bit creative while still being practical about how things actually function in the real world.
