We are over at Sunny Lodge in Shimla, right near the Patwar office. Pritpal Singh’s place is where we set things up. It’s a quiet spot, which helps when you’re trying to focus on technology stuff all day. Being in Shimla Urban means we get the typical mountain weather, sometimes it’s nice and sunny but the winters get a bit much. We started this small company because we wanted to work on tech right here instead of moving to a big city like Delhi or Chandigarh. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and computers in a comfortable room. Mostly, we spend our time on the computer, dealing with whatever software or technical problems come our way. People around here know us as the guys working out of the lodge. It’s funny how a quiet house becomes a place where we write code and talk about digital things. Sometimes the internet acts up when the weather is bad, but that is just how it is in the hills. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us trying to make things work. Most days involve a lot of tea and staring at screens. We’ve been here for a bit now, getting used to the pace of Shimla while keeping up with the fast world of technology. It’s a strange mix but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
