Mr. G. S Jamwal runs things here at Svenska Technologies Pvt. Ltd. It is more of a quiet operation than a big noisy factory. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and dealing with technical stuff that most people might find a bit boring. There is no big flashy sign outside, just a regular place where we get our work done. Mr. Jamwal is usually around, making sure things are moving along like they should. It is a small team and we all know each other well. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks and that is the biggest drama of the week. We focus on the tech side of things, mostly software or technical systems, I suppose. It isn't the kind of place where customers are walking in and out every five minutes. Most of our work is done through emails or calls. The office is tucked away and it stays pretty peaceful which helps when you have to concentrate on difficult problems. We have desks piled with papers and some old hardware lying around in the corners. It’s not a corporate showroom. It is just where we come to work every morning. We don’t have fancy uniforms or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable and try to finish our tasks before it gets too late. Mr. Jamwal has his own way of doing things and it works for us.
