We are based out in Parwanoo, in Block No.2 of Sector 1. It’s right there in Himachal Pradesh, so the air is a bit different than what you get in the big cities. We’re Imsi India Pvt.Ltd. and we’ve been in this building for quite some time. The building itself, A-1, is pretty solid and does the job. Most of our day is spent handling the technical things and keeping the operations moving. It’s an industrial area, so there are always trucks moving around and the sound of machinery in the distance. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any of those corporate decorations. We just have our workstations and a place to keep our tools and documents. The weather can get a bit cold in the winters so we keep some heaters going. We have a small team here and everyone knows what they’re supposed to do. We don’t really have big meetings every morning. We just start working and talk as we go along. It’s a straightforward way to run things. Sometimes the mountain roads can be a bit tricky when it rains but we always make it in. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a shiny office. We just want to make sure our work is done and the quality is where it should be. It’s a quiet, hardworking life here in the hills of Solan and we wouldn't have it any other way.
