Alliance India Pvt Ltd is out here at Plot No 1348 in Village Batoli Kala. If you know Jharmajri Road, you know how it can get with the traffic from Epip Phase 1. It’s a very industrial kind of area. Our building is a bit gray, and the gate can be a little squeaky when you open it in the morning. We spend a lot of time in the back where the actual work happens. The office part is just a few desks and some filing cabinets that have seen better days. It's often quiet inside, except for the sound of the machines or someone talking on the phone with a supplier. We don't really have a fancy waiting room or anything like that. People who come to visit usually just sit on the chairs in the main office area. The road outside is often dusty, especially when the big trucks roll by. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just have to sit and wait or use the backup till it comes back. It's a plain, working-class setup. We've got a small area where we keep our lunch boxes and a water cooler that everyone uses. The village nearby is where a lot of the staff live, so it’s a short walk for them. It’s not much to look at, but it’s where we do our daily business and manage the shipments coming through the phase.
