Our office is based in Sikuwara, over in the Siwan district. It’s at Kanhaiya Kumar’s place in the Semariya area. We’ve been working on software and info-tech projects here for a while. It’s a rural setting, which is quite different from the big city offices. We don't have a fancy building or a big sign out front. It’s just us and our computers in a quiet part of Siwan. We started this to bring some tech work to our local area. Most of us grew up around Nautan. The work involves a lot of sitting and typing, and sometimes it gets a bit tedious, but we enjoy it. We aren't a big corporation with lots of rules. It’s more of a casual environment where we just get things done. We don't talk much about "innovation" or "missions." We just look at what needs to be built and we build it. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait, but that’s just life here. We have a small group of dedicated people who know their way around code. We don't spend money on advertising. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It’s a simple, honest business. We just want to do decent work and keep growing slowly. It’s a practical approach that works for us. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with whatever the current project requires. It’s a good way to live and work.
