Our place is on Dak Bunglow Road, and it’s where we run Astral Global Technology & Services. It’s a pretty straightforward setup. We don't have those fancy beanbag chairs or neon lights you see in tech movies. Instead, we have a lot of monitors, a bunch of tangled cables that we are always trying to organize, and the sound of cooling fans running in the background. Most of our work involves helping local businesses and people with their computer problems or setting up networks. It’s the kind of stuff that sounds complicated but really just takes a lot of patience and looking at code or hardware until it starts behaving. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for things to install or update. Dak Bunglow Road is a decent area to be in, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a nightmare if you arrive late. We aren't a huge global firm, despite the name sounding a bit big. We’re just a small group of people who understand how these things work and want to help others get their systems running smoothly. Some days are slow, while others involve us running around trying to fix a server that decided to quit at the worst time. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to our customers; we just explain what’s wrong and tell them how we can fix it.
