Our office is tucked away in Karcholia, right near the Brit Bhagwanpur post office in Saran. It’s a quiet spot compared to the big cities, but we stay busy enough with the work coming in. Being in Bihar, you get used to the pace of life here. We started this because there was a need for these kinds of services locally without having to travel too far. The team is mostly made up of people from nearby villages who know the area well. We don't have a glass building or a receptionist sitting at a front desk all day. Usually, someone is just at their desk handling paperwork or coordinating things over the phone. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It’s honest work, and we try to do it right the first time so people don't have to come back with complaints. We spend our mornings checking schedules and making sure everyone knows what they’re supposed to be doing for the day. Lunch is usually a shared thing in the small break area we have. It’s not a corporate setup where everything is stiff and formal. We talk to our clients like neighbors because, half the time, they actually are. If you’re passing through Saran, you’ll find us easily if you ask around for the Karcholia area. We’ve been here for a while and plan to stay.
