Bharat Telecom

We've been here in Sadar Bazar for a while now. Bharat Telecom is just a small place where people come when their phones act up or they need a new SIM card. It’s usually busy on this street, so we see a lot of faces every day. We handle recharges and some basic repairs. If your screen is cracked or the battery isn't holding a charge, we try to take a look. Sometimes we have used phones for sale too. It’s nothing fancy, just a counter and some stools. Most people around here know us by now. We open up pretty early because the market gets going fast. Dealing with cables and chargers is most of what we do. It gets a bit dusty with all the traffic outside, but that's just how Sadar Bazar is. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working the desk. If you're walking past the main market area, you'll probably spot our sign. People stop by to ask for directions sometimes as much as they do for phone stuff. We just try to get the job done so you can get back to your day. It’s straightforward work. We keep track of the new plans coming out from the big companies so we can tell people what's available. It's a living. Nothing more, nothing less. We stay open until the market starts to quiet down in the evening. There is always something to do.
