Atul Mobile

Atul Mobile is located right on the corner where Palace Road meets Jail Road. It is a small shop, but we try to make the most of the space we have. We have shelves lined with all kinds of mobile accessories, from those thick protective cases to the thin transparent ones that everyone seems to want. Being near the jail and the main road means there is always a lot of movement outside. We see a lot of people just passing through who realized they forgot their charger or need a new screen guard because theirs is peeling off. The lighting inside isn't the best, but we make do with what we have for now. I spend a lot of time cleaning the glass displays because they get fingerprint marks all over them every single day. We don't really do much marketing. Our sign is a bit faded from the sun, but people know where we are. Sometimes a customer comes in wanting a very specific part for an old phone, and we have to dig through our back boxes to see if we still have it. It is just me and one other person most days, so we keep things pretty casual. We talk to the other shopkeepers when it is slow and drink a lot of tea. It isn't a high-pressure environment. We just provide what the local people need for their phones and keep the shop running.
