Prakash Steel

Prakash Steel is our family business, and you can find us at 18, Raghuvanshi Complex. We are right opposite Ajit Paper, which is usually how people find us if they get lost. The complex is a busy one with lots of movement every day. Dealing in steel trading and basic cutting services keeps us occupied. Our shop is mostly filled with samples and piles of documents. It’s not the cleanest place because steel can be messy, and there’s always a bit of iron smell in the air. Fancy talk or trying to act bigger than we are isn't our style. We’re just local traders who know our products well. If someone comes in asking for a specific grade of steel, we can usually tell them if we have it without even looking at the computer. The neighborhood has grown a lot, and we’ve seen shops come and go, but we’ve stayed put here. A pot of tea stays on for most of the morning while we talk to the other shopkeepers when things are slow. It’s a decent life. Looking to become a giant company isn't the goal; we just want to keep things running smoothly and serve the people who walk through our door. The sign outside might be a bit old, but we’re still here doing the same work every day. Cranes in the back get stuck occasionally, so we grease them up and keep moving. We stay until the last truck is loaded up and the gate is locked.
