Our place is over at Plot No. 3 in the B. Nanji Indl Estate. If you know Silvassa, you know Kharadpada is a pretty active area with a lot of trucks moving in and out. Radiant Metals Aolloys Pvt. Ltd. has been set up here for some time. We deal with metals and alloys, which is heavy work and gets quite hot in the summers. The guys on the floor know their business. It’s not a quiet job. There is always the sound of machinery and moving parts. We aren’t really into big speeches or fancy brochures. Most of our day is spent checking the furnace or making sure the mix is right for the next pour. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the afternoon getting greasy fixing it. It’s just how it goes in a metal shop. We have a small office where the paperwork gets handled, but most of the real action happens out back. Visitors usually find us easily enough because we’re right there in the estate. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, more buildings going up. But we stay focused on what’s on our own floor. We just try to get the orders out on time and make sure the quality is what it should be. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday every week.
