Piprali Kisan Samriddhi Producer Company Limited is tucked away in Maliyon Ki Dhani, which is near Harsh in the Sikar Tehsil. Our office, if you want to call it that, is at the home of Jugal Kishor Saini’s son. It is a typical Sikar setting with the hills and the rocky ground nearby. We are not trying to be a big city business. We just wanted a place where the local farmers from Maliyon Ki Dhani could meet up and talk. The atmosphere is very relaxed. You might find us sitting outside when the weather is nice, talking about the latest rains or the cost of fertilizer. Sikar has a very specific climate, and we all have to deal with it together. Being at Jugal Kishor’s place makes it easy for everyone to drop by. We do not have any fancy furniture or expensive equipment. It is just a few desks and some cupboards for our files. We focus on the everyday problems that come with farming in this part of Rajasthan. Sometimes it is a bit of a struggle to get everything organized, but we do our best. It is a group effort, and we all pitch in where we can. There is no boss in a suit here, just people who know the land and want to work as a team. It is a humble way to run a company, but it works for us here in Harsh.
