Our company, Kissaan Anadta Farmer Producer Company Limited, is based out of Kolida in the Sikar district. We are located over where Sh Govind Ram Meel lives. It is a quiet part of Rajasthan, and we like it that way. We set this up because we wanted a local way to manage our farming business without having to rely on people from far away who do not understand our land. The office is just a plain room where we handle the documents and meet up after a long day in the fields. We do not have any fancy mission statements or marketing people telling us what to say. We just know that the farmers in the 332031 area need to work together to get things done. Most of us have been farming our whole lives, so we are just doing what we know. There are days when the heat is tough and the work is slow, but we keep at it. Our neighbors in Kolida often drop by to talk about the rain or the price of grain. We try to be helpful and keep things simple for everyone involved. It is not a high-pressure environment; it is just a group of people trying to make a living from the earth. We are proud to be from Sikar and to keep our business rooted right here in our own village.
