We started Dhartiputra Surajgarh Farmer Producer Company Limited a little while back here in Surajgarh. It’s mostly just us local folks coming together to figure out how to handle our farming business better. Ravindra Kumar helps keep things organized from Jaisinghwaschirawa. There isn’t a fancy office or anything, just a group of farmers trying to make things work in Jhunjhunun. Sometimes the weather makes things hard, but we keep at it. Most of our days are spent out in the fields or talking about seeds and what the market is doing lately. It’s tough work, honestly. Nobody really teaches you how to run a company like this, so we are learning as we go. We talk about irrigation, crop prices, and how to get the harvest moved without too much trouble. If you’re looking for us, we’re usually around the village or at the address in 333029. It’s not a big corporate setup. It is just real people who grow food and want to get a fair shake for their labor. We don't have a big staff, just neighbors helping neighbors. Sometimes meetings happen on a porch or under a tree. That’s how things get done around here. We just want to keep our land productive and support the families who live in this part of Rajasthan. It’s a simple life, mostly. We deal with the dirt and the sun every day and try to keep the business moving forward one step at a time.
