Navprerena Krishak Producer Company Limited is based out in Gram Rahnawa. If you haven't been to Tehsil Laxmangarh, it’s a place where everyone kind of knows each other. We are basically a group of farmers who decided to organize things properly. Working in a village means things move a bit slower than the city, but that’s fine with us. We spend a lot of time outside or meeting in small groups to talk about the crops and what needs doing next. Being a producer company isn't always easy, but having the office right here in the gram makes it simpler for everyone to stop by. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything, just our presence here in the community. People come to us from all over Laxmangarh when they need to figure out something about their farming work. It gets dusty and hot, especially during the harvest season, but that’s just the life we chose. We didn't want to be some distant company in a big office building far away. We wanted to stay right here where the actual work happens. Gram Rahnawa is home for us. We just take things one day at a time, looking at the fields and making sure the farmers have what they need. It’s honest work and we don't try to make it sound like more than it is. Just people working together on the daily chores and keeping the business alive.
