Our office is located at Flat No. 7 in Yoga Bhavan, which is right near the Sanjay Gandhi area in Shimla. It’s a bit of a climb to get up here, but the view of the hills is worth it. We work in a small space that’s usually filled with books and old files. Since we deal with hotel management training and schooling, there’s always someone coming in to ask about classes or paperwork. It’s not a big institution with hundreds of staff. It’s just a few of us trying to keep things organized. The building itself, Yoga Bhavan, is pretty well known around here, so we don't usually have to give long directions. We have a couple of old desks and a computer that takes its time to start up in the mornings. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just explain things to people as they come through the door. Shimla 171009 is our home and we’ve been part of this community for a long time. Some days the monkeys outside get a bit loud, which can be distracting, but we just close the windows and carry on with the paperwork. It’s a quiet, practical life we lead here, and we focus on getting the little things right every single day. We don't really bother with any of that high-pressure corporate talk.
