Grd Homes Private Limited

We've been operating out of Subhash Park in Naveen Shahdara for a while now. The office is right on the ground floor at 1/10710, which used to be known as Old No-1619-P/1A. It's a busy part of East Delhi, but we like it here. Grd Homes Private Limited handles various construction and housing stuff. Dealing with property in this city is always a bit of a puzzle. We spend most of our mornings drinking chai and looking at site plans. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to focus, but that's just Shahdara for you. We mostly deal with local projects. People walk in and out all day asking about building costs. It isn't a fancy setup. Just some desks and chairs. We try to keep things straightforward. If you are looking for the place, it's near the park. We don't have a big neon sign or anything. Most of our work comes from people nearby. We know the lanes around here pretty well. It's a family-run sort of feeling even though it's a private limited company. We just get on with the work every day. Delhi heat gets to us in the summer, but the office stays relatively cool. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Buildings go up and down. We stay busy enough. Just regular people doing regular work in East Delhi. Sometimes things are slow, sometimes they are fast.
