We are based in Faridabad, specifically at N I T 1C 103. Working as developers means our lives are mostly about land, bricks, and planning. Our office isn't a showroom; it’s a working space where we keep our blueprints, site photos, and various building materials. You might see a sample of a window frame in one corner and a stack of floor tiles in another. We don’t believe in those high-pressure sales tactics you might find elsewhere. We just show people what we are building and let them see the progress for themselves. We have been in the Faridabad area for a long time and have watched it grow from a smaller town into what it is today. Being at our 1C 103 location makes us very accessible to the local community. We are a small crew, not some massive corporation with layers of management. When you talk to us, you’re talking to the people who actually oversee the sites. Sometimes things get messy, like when rain stops work or a supplier is late with a delivery, but that’s just part of the reality of development. We don’t make grand promises we can’t keep. We just focus on building things that are solid and useful. It’s honest, practical work that involves a lot of time on our feet and checking details. We are just regular people who know how to put a building together properly, one step at a time.
