Our office is tucked away at 239 Pratap Khand in Vishwakarma Nagar, which is part of Vivek Vihar Phase II in Delhi. It is a typical Delhi neighborhood where you have to know exactly where you are going or you might miss the turn. At Uppal Chadha Hi Tech Developers Pvt. Ltd., we spend our time managing various development projects that keep us busy from morning until late evening. The office isn't anything too flashy, just a practical space where we can keep all our documents and meet with people when needed. Being in East Delhi means we are right in the middle of a very active area. There is always noise from the street and people moving about. We have a small team here and we usually just focus on the task at hand, whether that’s dealing with paperwork or making sure the sites are moving along. It gets pretty hectic sometimes when several things happen at once, but we just take it one day at a time. The local tea stalls nearby are where we usually end up during our breaks. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing; we’re just local people working in the construction and development field. It is a lot of hard work and sometimes things don't go as planned, but that is just how this business is. We like being in this part of town because it feels real and grounded.
