Our office for Parasvnath Developers Ltd. is tucked away in the D.D.A. Flats over in Dilshad Garden. Specifically, we’re over in C Block, at C-59, X-3. It’s a pretty standard Delhi neighborhood, so it stays fairly lively throughout the day. We’ve been operating from here for a good bit, handling the various development projects and paperwork that come across our desks. Working out of a flat means it’s not some big corporate glass tower, which actually suits us just fine. We have our files organized—mostly—and there’s always someone coming in or out with plans and documents. The area around Dilshad Garden is quite packed, so finding a parking spot can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we make it work. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of talk about construction schedules. We don’t go in for anything too decorative or polished; it’s more about having a place to sit down and get the logistics sorted. You’ll find us here most weekdays, usually dealing with the back-and-forth that comes with building stuff. It’s a simple setup in C-59 where we can keep an eye on things without the noise of a main road right outside the door. It’s got a very local feel to it, and the neighbors are used to us being there. We just try to keep things moving along steadily every day without making a big scene about it.
