Paramount Residency

Paramount Residency is located in Dilshad Colony, right at B-72/T-2. This is in Delhi, and it’s basically a place where people live and where we manage the day-to-day things that come with a residential building. It is not a luxury hotel or anything fancy like that. It’s a solid, practical building where people have their homes. Working here means dealing with all sorts of small things, like fixing a leaky pipe or making sure the common areas are kept somewhat tidy. We see the same faces every day as people go out to work and come back in the evening. The address is the same as the group office, but the residency side of things is all about the people and the living spaces. Delhi is a loud city, but inside the colony, it feels a little more tucked away, even if you can still hear the traffic from the main roads. We don’t have a big mission statement. We just try to keep the building running so everyone can go about their lives without any trouble. There’s always a bit of paperwork for the residents and some maintenance that needs looking after. It’s a busy life but it feels real and grounded. We just stay here at our desks in Dilshad Colony and take care of the building one day at a time, making sure things stay in order for everyone.
