We are located in A Block of Dilshad Garden, specifically at A-15/ S-2. This is a residential part of Delhi, so the atmosphere is a bit different from the main commercial hubs. Our office is fairly small and sits in a regular building where other people live and work. We spend our days talking to people who are interested in buying property or who have questions about their current plots. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and going through folders of documents. We don’t have any fancy displays or big signs. Mostly, it’s just us and the local residents who stop by to chat or settle their paperwork. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the maps and files we have to keep on hand. We try to keep things simple and just explain things as they are. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We’ve been here in Dilshad Garden for a good while, so we know the area and the people pretty well. It’s a steady pace of work, nothing too flashy. We just open the doors in the morning, do the filing, talk to the visitors, and head home in the evening. It’s a basic setup that works for what we need to do every day. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a place to get property matters sorted.
