Devsai Infratech LLP is located in Laxmi Nagar, but over in the Bank Enclave part. We are at House Number 74, and you have to come up to the third floor to find us. It is a bit of a walk up, but it is quieter up there away from the street noise. Being in Shahdara, East Delhi, we are in a very established neighborhood. The 110092 area is quite familiar to us. Our office is basically just a few rooms in this house where we have set up our workstations. It feels more like a home than a stiff corporate office, which we actually prefer. We have been doing infratech work from this location for some time. Most of our work involves a lot of planning and keeping track of various sites we are working on. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that, just the address. People usually find us through word of mouth or if they already know where Bank Enclave is. It is a simple setup with a lot of papers and folders everywhere. We drink a lot of chai and spend a lot of time discussing the next steps for our projects. It is just a small group of us working together. We don't try to sound like a giant company because we aren't. We are just local people doing our jobs in our own way.
