Devsai Buildtech LLP

Our office for Devsai Buildtech is up on the third floor of House 74 in Bank Enclave. It’s right in the Laxmi Nagar area of Shahdara, so you can imagine how noisy and full of energy the streets are down below. Climbing those three flights of stairs every morning definitely keeps us awake. The office itself is mostly just a bunch of desks and some cabinets full of old files and project drawings. We do a lot of technical work here, focusing on the building side of things. Laxmi Nagar is known for being a bit of a maze, but Bank Enclave is a bit easier to navigate once you get the hang of it. We usually have the windows open when the weather is nice, even if the sounds of the horns and the street vendors come right in. It’s a very local way of working and we wouldn't have it any other way. We don't have any big signs or fancy lights outside. Most people find us because they know the area or have worked with us before. It’s a busy environment and we are usually focused on getting the next set of plans ready or checking in with the guys on the ground. The workspace is a bit lived-in, with coffee stains on the coasters and piles of paper that we swear we will organize eventually. It is just a real place for real work.
