Ultra Tech Cememt Ltd

Even though we are part of Ultra Tech Cememt Ltd, our branch at 321, Aditya Nagar on Malkhed Road feels like its own little world. Being on the road to Malkhed means we see a lot of through traffic and heavy vehicles. We are based here in Gulbarga, and the sun can be really unforgiving on the open road. Our day starts before the heat gets too bad, checking the inventory and making sure the yard is ready for the day’s pickups. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving bags and keeping everything organized so the drivers can get in and out quickly. We have a small office where we handle the paperwork, but most of our time is spent outside or in the warehouse area. The dust here is something else; it gets into everything, but you just learn to live with it. We have a good group of people working here who have been together for a while, so we know how to handle the rush hours without getting in each other’s way. People from Aditya Nagar stop by often, and we’ve become a familiar sight on this stretch of road. We don't really do anything special, just show up, do the work, and go home when the sun goes down. It’s a steady life and we’re glad to be here. The road outside can get noisy, but once you step inside the yard, it’s just the sound of work. We have been here long enough that it feels like home.
