Ajith Birla Cement

You can find us at 223 Ring Road, not too far from the Vasavadatta Cement Factory. My name is Ajith and this is where we run our operation. It’s a good spot because of the road access, even if the trucks make a lot of noise all day long. We deal with cement mostly, which means there is a lot of dust and heavy bags moving around. It’s hard work, but we are used to it by now. The yard is usually full of activity from early morning. We aren't trying to be the biggest place on the Ring Road, just a place where you can get your cement without a lot of hassle. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, especially when it rains and we have to cover everything up fast. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. I spend most of my time checking the stock or talking to the drivers. We have a small group of guys working here who know the routine. We don't use big fancy words to describe what we do. We just supply the materials people need for their building projects. If you are driving on the Ring Road, look for us near the factory. It’s a simple setup but it works for what we need to do every day.
