Rajeshwaree Cement Company is located at 436, Kalyana Gaddi Street Road here in Chincholi. This street gets a lot of local foot traffic and carts moving back and forth. We’ve been operating from this building for quite some time now. Dealing with cement is what we know. It’s heavy, messy work, and the bags can be a real pain to move around when the weather is hot. But we have a rhythm to it now. People in Chincholi know to come down Kalyana Gaddi Street when they are starting a new build or just doing some repairs. Our space is mostly just storage. We have stacks of cement piled up high. We don’t really have a big staff, just a few of us who handle the lifting and the sales. The building itself is older, but it serves its purpose. We open up the shutters early in the morning before the sun gets too high. It’s a quiet kind of life, mostly just talking to contractors and homeowners about how many bags they need for their foundations. We don't have any fancy computer systems or anything like that; we just write things down and keep track of the stock. It’s a straightforward business. We like being part of the Chincholi community and seeing the houses go up using the material we supplied. It feels like we're helping the town grow in our own small way without making much noise.
