Sai Sindu Developers

We started Sai Sindu Developers quite a while back now here in Old Bowenpally. Most people around this part of Secunderabad know where 4-3-179 is located. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a place where we sit down and look at floor plans and talk to people about where they want to live. Building things takes a lot of time and sometimes there are delays with permits or the weather doesn't help much. We just try to get the work done right so the walls are straight and the plumbing doesn't leak after a month. Living in Secunderabad is good because everything is close by. We handle a lot of the paperwork ourselves because it is easier than hiring a big firm to do it. Sometimes the office gets a bit dusty when there is construction nearby but that is just how it goes in this business. We have a small team of guys who have been with us for years. They know how I like things done. We don't spend much on advertising or big signs. Most of our work comes from people telling their cousins or neighbors about us. It keeps us busy enough. If you walk past the building in Old Bowenpally you will likely see us there drinking tea and looking over some blue prints or talking to a contractor about cement prices. It is hard work but we like it and we plan to stay here for a long time.
