You can find us on the ground floor of Sai Plaza, specifically at Mig 224/2 in Kphb Colony. Hyderabad is a big, fast city, but this little corner of the colony feels like home to us. The shop is filled with various computer parts, old monitors, and a lot of tangled cables that we try our best to keep organized. We started this place because we had an interest in how machines work, and now it is just our daily job. People walk in with laptops that have stopped working or ask for a specific screw for their motherboards. Some days the shop is very quiet, and we just sit and drink coffee while looking at the street. Other days, it feels like everyone in Hyderabad has a broken computer at the same time. We do not have a fancy showroom with bright lights. It is just a simple room with some workbenches and a lot of tools scattered around. The ground floor location makes it easy for people to drop off their heavy towers without having to climb any stairs. We are honest about what we can fix and what we cannot. If a part is too expensive, we just tell the customer. It is not a corporate chain, just a local spot where we use our hands and try to stay busy. Kphb is always crowded, but once you step inside Sai Plaza, it is just us and the hum of the cooling fans.
