Our shop is located at 10-3-74/1 on St Johns Road in East Marredpally. This part of Secunderabad is where we have been for a long time. We mostly deal with computer stuff, fixing things and helping people get their machines working again. It’s a simple shop. We have shelves with parts and a few benches where we do the actual work. It’s not a big corporate office like you might expect from the name. It’s just us here on the ground. People from the neighborhood bring in their laptops when they won't turn on or when the screen is cracked. We take a look, tell them what it might cost, and then get to it. Sometimes we have to wait for parts to arrive, which can be a bit of a wait. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just fix computers. The street outside can get a bit tight with parking, but people manage to find us. We've seen technology change a lot over the years we've been at this address. We just try to keep up with it so we can be useful to the people who walk through the door. It’s a quiet business for the most part, just the sound of fans and clicking keys. We don't have a big philosophy. We just like solving the problems that people bring to us every day.
