We are located over in New Bowenpally, right across from the Hanuman Temple on Survey No. 240, 242, and 243. If you get lost, just look for the temple and you’ll see us in Chinna Thokatta. Chilkoor Balaji Computer Hardware Services is the kind of shop where there are always some old monitors and keyboards lying around. We deal with computer parts every day, which means a lot of small screws and tangled cables. It’s not a very pretty shop, but it’s functional. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from a motherboard to see what you need. It gets a bit dusty with all the fans running, but we try to keep things moving. We’ve seen all sorts of broken machines come through those doors. Some are easy to fix and others are just a headache. We don't try to sound like tech experts with big words; we just tell people what’s wrong in plain English. The area around here is quite active, especially on days when there are prayers at the temple. We like being part of this neighborhood. It feels like a real community where people help each other out. Working with hardware is messy and can be frustrating when parts don't arrive on time, but it’s what we do. We just keep at it day by day and try to stay organized.
