Nawabi Chowpaty

We’ve been running Nawabi Chowpaty here in Karkhana for a while now. If you're looking for us, we are right beside the McDonald's, which makes us pretty easy to spot even if it gets busy on the weekends. It’s just a simple spot where people come to grab something to eat. We don't have anything fancy going on, just the usual setup you'd expect from a place like this. Some days are faster than others, and sometimes the crowd from the main road spills over, but we try to keep things moving. It gets a bit loud with the traffic nearby, but that’s just how it is in this part of town. We are mostly focused on making sure the food is ready when people show up. There isn’t a whole lot of seating or anything, so most people just stand around or take their stuff to go. We see a lot of the same faces every week, mostly folks from around the neighborhood or people just passing through Karkhana on their way home from work. It’s a decent little corner we have here. We keep the place open pretty late most nights because that's when most people seem to want a snack. Nothing too complicated about it, just us doing our thing next to the big golden arches.
