Dattasai Catering Services

We’ve been operating out of Neredmet for some time now. Dattasai Catering Services is a local business, run by people who live right here in the area. We don’t have a big fancy office address, just our kitchen where we do all the work. Most of our days are spent checking orders and getting the supplies in. We do a lot of traditional food, the kind of stuff you'd expect at a local function. It’s a lot of work, and our hands are usually busy with something, whether it’s chopping or cleaning up after a big batch is finished. We don’t go for all that corporate polish. We’re just regular people who know how to cook for a crowd. Neredmet is a nice place to work because we know a lot of the families around here. When someone has a puja or a small party, they often give us a call. We don't have a big website or a sales team. We just answer the phone and talk to people about what they need. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic when we have three orders going out at once, but we manage to get through it. It’s a practical way to make a living, and we enjoy being part of the community here. We just try to stay honest and do the work the right way. That is really all there is to it. We just keep the pots boiling and the kitchen clean for the next job.
