Maytas Properties

Our office for Maytas Properties is located over at Mig-635 in the KPHB II Phase area. If you know Hyderabad, you know this part of the city is always moving. We’ve been set up here in the 500072 zip code for quite some time now. It’s a basic office, nothing too special to look at, but it serves us well for the work we do. We spend most of our time dealing with local property stuff, which means a lot of talking and even more paperwork. It can get a bit hectic during the middle of the week. We aren't some massive corporation with a hundred layers of management. It’s just us here, trying to help people navigate the local real estate scene. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually get through the filing. We know the KPHB neighborhood like the back of our hands because we're here every day. It’s a good spot to be in if you’re into properties. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here. We try to be honest about what’s available and what’s not. It’s just a regular job for us, and we take it seriously. If you're passing through Phase II and need to talk about a house or a plot, you can just drop in. We are usually around unless we’ve stepped out to look at a site or meet a client.
