Maytas Properties

We are located over at G. A. Angadi in the Hudco Colony. The office is in Mig-29, right on the Koppal Road here in Mundargi Taluk. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the main city area of Gadag, but it’s a good spot for us. This part of Karnataka has its own pace, and we definitely follow that here at Maytas Properties. We deal with a lot of land and housing stuff around the taluk. The office is pretty simple, just some desks and a lot of filing cabinets filled with old and new papers. I spend a lot of my time answering the phone or talking to folks who drive in from the nearby villages. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. We have a ceiling fan that clicks a bit, and there’s always a bit of dust from the road outside, but it’s where we do our work. People around here know us as the place to go when they want to look at some property plots. We don’t have any big signs or posters, just the name on the door. It’s a practical way to run things. Sometimes we go out to look at the sites ourselves, so the office might be locked for an hour or two. We just try to help people figure out their property needs without any of that complicated talk you hear in big cities. It’s just a basic office where we get through our work every day and make sure the files are up to date.
