Maytas Properties Ltd is based out of 1-310, Sais'S Dream Castle in Hyderabad. It is a bit of a specific spot to find, but once you get here to the 500 085 area, it is not too bad. We handle property stuff for people around Andhra Pradesh, mostly just local things that come up. Our office is not a corporate high-rise or anything. It is a practical space where we can sit down and go over documents without too much fuss. We have been working from this location for quite some time now. Some days the phone rings a lot and other days it is just us catching up on the administrative side of things. We do not have any big speeches about what we do. It is just property work, pure and simple. We know the neighborhood well and that usually helps when someone is trying to figure out where they want to live or what they should buy. It’s a small team here, so when you come in, you usually talk to the same people every time. We like keeping it that way because it feels more personal.
