You can find us at Maytas Properties Ltd over at H. No:84 on Road No:22A in the Huda Colony. We are tucked away in the Attapur area of Hyderabad. It’s a decent neighborhood and our office is basically a house that we’ve converted for work purposes. This makes it feel very informal and relaxed. When you come in, you’ll probably see me or one of the other guys sitting at a wooden desk with a bunch of papers. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If the bell rings, whoever is closest goes to the door. We spend our time managing different plots and housing projects around this side of town. Attapur has grown a lot, so there is always some new paperwork to file or a site to go check on. We use a lot of physical files because it feels more reliable than just having everything on a screen. The room is usually filled with the sound of the fan and maybe some traffic from the road. We don't have any scripted speeches or sales pitches. We just tell people what is available and what the situation is with the land. It’s a very practical way of doing business. Most of our visitors are local residents or people who heard about us from their relatives. We just keep things moving at a steady pace. It's a modest setup but it works well for the type of work we are doing here and keeps us in touch with the local community.
