We are located right at South Kamala Nagar, specifically at Door No. 7-175/5/2 near the ECIL Cross Road. It’s a busy spot, especially being right across from the Indian Overseas Bank. People come in all day with laptops that won't turn on or computers that are running too slow. The shop is a bit cramped because we have parts and screens lying around everywhere. I’ve been fixing machines for a long time now, and this little spot in Kamala Nagar has been home for a while. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s a workshop where work actually gets done. Sometimes the smell of solder is a bit strong, but that’s just how it goes when you’re repairing motherboards. We don’t have a big team, just me and a helper who knows his way around a hard drive. Most people find us because they were at the bank and saw our sign. The door sticks a little when it’s humid out, so you have to give it a good push. We handle all sorts of tech problems, from viruses to broken keyboards. We aren't trying to be some high-tech corporate service center. We're just a local shop where you can bring your computer and talk to the person actually fixing it. It’s a practical place for people who just want their stuff to work again without any fuss. We’re usually here until late evening tinkering with something and drinking tea. It’s just how we work.
