Computer Experts

If you’re looking for us, we are at LIG 510 on KPHB Road 3, over in Phase 1 of Hyderabad. We’ve called ourselves Computer Experts for a long time, mostly because that’s what we spend all our time doing. Our shop isn't some high-end showroom with bright lights and glass floors. It’s a practical workspace where we have tools, spare parts, and computers in various stages of repair scattered around. We spend our days looking at motherboards and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. It’s a lot of sitting and a lot of patience. The KPHB area is always humming with activity, and there’s always someone coming by with a laptop that won’t turn on or a question about software. We don’t use a lot of technical jargon if we can help it; we just try to explain things in a way that makes sense to regular people. Some days are busier than others, and we might have a backlog of work that keeps us here late into the evening. We don’t mind, though, because we like what we do. It’s a good feeling when you finally fix a problem that’s been bothering a customer. We aren't part of some big chain; we’re just a local spot in Hyderabad where you can get your computer looked at by people who actually know what they’re doing and care about getting it right.
