It’s a local operation run out of a simple, no-frills space. You won't find a big storefront with glass windows here. Most people bring their machines to us when they are having trouble. Yakutpura is a busy area with plenty of narrow lanes and constant traffic. We’ve been in this location for quite a while now. Most of the people who come in live nearby. Stacks of motherboards and power supplies are sitting around the room. It might not look like the most organized place, but we know where everything is kept. Days are spent troubleshooting and putting things back together. Staying late is common when there’s a lot of work to finish. There’s always someone around to answer a question or two. We don’t use fancy language or sales talk with our customers. We just tell them what needs to be done with their machines. It’s a bit hot in the summer but the fans keep the air moving. It’s just a regular local business. We like the neighborhood and the people who come by. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We keep things simple and focus on the hardware in front of us. It’s a steady way to spend the day.
