Nandpur Farmer Producer Company Limited is based out of Nathai Ram in the Samaspur area of Khiraigopalpur. It’s a group of us from around Basti who decided to get together to manage our farming stuff better. There isn't much to say about fancy offices because we mostly work out of the fields and this small spot in the village. Things get busy around harvest time, and that's when you'll see most of us running around Samaspur trying to get things sorted. We handle the local crops we’ve been growing for years. It’s not a big corporate thing, just local people trying to make the work a bit easier for everyone involved. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we manage. Most days we are just talking to neighbors about seeds or what the weather is doing to the soil this season. Being in a place like Khiraigopalpur means we know everyone, so there isn’t any need for big speeches or advertisements. We just do the work. If you come by Samaspur, you’ll find us near Nathai Ram, probably drinking tea and talking about the next planting cycle. It's a simple setup we have here. We don't have a giant staff, just a few of us looking after the day-to-day things. It’s hard work, but being together as a company helps us when prices go up and down. That is basically how we operate here in Basti.
