This is Rbaab Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited. We are based out of Longowal. Our office is actually set up at the house of Gurwinder Singh, who is the son of Raghbir Singh. The house is number 178 in the Dullat Patti area, right within Ward No. 10. Being a farmer producer company means we spend almost all of our time with the local growers who live around here. It is not a typical corporate office like you might find in a big city. It is right in the middle of the community. We use this space to organize our farming activities and keep our records straight. There is always someone coming by to talk about the latest crop issues or how the weather is looking for the next week. Longowal is a place where most people know each other by name. We really like that close-knit feel. Our work involves a lot of daily coordination between many different farmers. It can get a bit messy or disorganized when everyone shows up at the same time to talk. But we usually manage to get things sorted out eventually. We do not have fancy desks or expensive office chairs. We just use what we have to get the work done. It is much more about the people and the crops than the furniture anyway. Dullat Patti is a mostly quiet area. We handle the paperwork and all the planning right from this ward. It is practical and works for everyone involved.
