Vesat Soft Tech Private Limited is located in a place called Savantpur. It’s part of the Palus Taluka in the Sangli district of Maharashtra. We aren't in one of those big cities like Mumbai or Pune. We are a more rural operation, but we still do the same kind of software work. Our office is a simple building in the village. It’s a very different vibe from a city office. There’s more space and it’s much quieter. We have a team of people from around here who are good with technology. We don't have a lot of the fancy things you see in corporate offices, like high-end furniture or a cafeteria. We just have what we need to get the job done. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow internet, but we manage. People in the village know us well. It’s a tight community and we feel like we are a part of it. We started this company because we wanted to work in our own area instead of moving away. It’s been a good experience so far. We don't use a lot of technical jargon when we talk to people. We just explain things simply. We are just a group of people working hard and trying to grow our business in our own way. It’s a decent life and we are proud of the work we produce here in Savantpur.
