We operate out of Ramkrishnanagar in the Kupwad area of Sangli. It is a decent spot to be, a bit away from the real heavy traffic but still easy enough for us to get to every morning. Sangli has a certain feel to it, and Kupwad is where we have set up our desks. We are Its Cybertech, and we have been at this address for a good stretch of time. There isn't much to say about the building itself; it is a plain place where the work happens. We aren't big on decorations or anything that looks too polished. Inside, it is just a bunch of us and our equipment. We spend a lot of time talking about technical stuff, but we try to keep it down to earth. Sometimes the rain here in Maharashtra can be quite something, and we just watch it from the windows while we work. The local shops nearby are where we usually grab our lunch. It is a very local way of doing things. We do not have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. It is just a group of people in Sangli trying to do a good job with the tech side of things. If you walk by, you might not even realize it is a software company. We like staying a bit under the radar and just focusing on the tasks we have for the day. That is just our way of working.
